Now here’s something which is going to take a bit more work on your part, however if you do it, you will see an amazing change in your condition! What you have to do is start exercising 3-5 times a week. Hit the weights hard and heavy, push yourself to the limit so that you leave the gym sore.

Once you’ve done that though, you then want to jump on a treadmill and do cardio for a good 30-45 minutes. It’s hard work, and it needs to be followed up with a change in your diet. But if you’re up to the challenge and your health is important to you, you might be one of those people who Is able to transform their bodies and attain a healthier one less prone to acid reflux.

The reason why losing weight is a remedy for heartburn is because the less fat you have on your body, the less your internal organs are being pushed inwards and up. When there is less force being placed on your internal organs, the acid within your stomach is not pushed up and out as easily and thus you are able to keep your persistent heartburn under control.
