Most of the time, a normal APR runs about 13 percent, but there are some times when it will run as low as 6 to 8 percent. There are times when the credit card companies use lower rates at the beginning to get you to get one of their credit cards. Now there are 0 APR cards that will help save people tons of money that they had previously used to use pay all of credit card charges.
